Lunch with The Gang - Lobby Smoky Mountain Convention Center, Pigeon Forge, TN - $20 per person, which includes tips and taxes. This is a hot lunch buffet seated at oval banquet tables, with 10 people seated at each table. Menu: ham, baked turkey and cornbread dressing, tossed green salad, whipped potatoes and gravy, green beans, hot rolls and butter, apple pie, tea or coffee. The Chuck Wagon Gang will be singing among the tables, and there will a special appearance by Willie Mae and Ellie Mae Weehunt and Lil' Brother Weehunt. You don't want to miss their rare, exciting performance. Doors open at 11:00 AM.

Some reserved seats for Saturday night not sold in Fri.-Sat. combination may be available for purchase on Saturday. Tickets are not sold separately for the Saturday Matinee and Evening Programs. Matinee tickets are included with all tickets to the Saturday Evening program.

RESERVATIONS
Call 817-944-2538 for reservations. Please write down several choices from the above chart before calling if you are ordering reserved seats.

MOTEL RESERVATIONS

Ramada Inn (Next Door) Reservations 800-523-3919 - Special rate $69 per night plus tax. Mention Chuck Wagon Gang Homecoming when making your hotel reservations to get the special rate. The rate is for 1-4 people. You must call this reservations center number to get the special rate, NOT directly to the hotel. Unsold rooms may be released 30 days prior to the event, and while rooms are available, it is possible they will be a higher rate after 30 days.

RECORDING - VIDEO - CELL PHONES

Take all the pictures you want, however, recording or video taping by any means, including cameras, cell phones, or any other devices will not be permitted, We have one person hired and authorized to video tape the performances for us for historical purposes. Any others could be in the way. Thanks for your understanding and co-operation.

CANCELLATION POLICY ON LUNCH AND TICKET RESERVATIONS

We realize that things happen which can alter one's plans. However, please be advised that we must submit our total for lunch reservations by noon on April 12th to the Convention Center so that they can order and prepare sufficient food for the lunch. we cannot change the count and must pay for the food as as ordered. Therefore we cannot refund after this date. For tickets purchased for programs we will be happy to refund you if you let us know by April 12th. For requests after that date we can only credit you for tickets for our 2013 Homecoming event. In any case in order to get a credit or refund one must return the tickets immediately so that we can sell them.
